Kidsville will be at the Parthenon on October 16 from 9 AM to 12 PM to celebrate Archaeology Day! Learn about mythology stories as seen in Parthenon sculptures, and use disposable materials to create your own take-home olive oil painting.
A variety of other socially distanced activity stations will be spread out across the Parthenon, plus the Parthenon will be hosting free exterior Architecture Tours at 10 AM and 11 AM! The family-friendly STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) activities will highlight archaeological work and artifacts, and share the legacy of Greek culture to raise awareness of the ancient world.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no free Kidsville admission on this date due to this special event.
